WestOutfit.com RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your westoutfit.com purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the order date. We provide  easy ways to return*: to any WestOutfit warehouse by mail. Items marked as “Final sale. No Returns” are not eligible for returns.

Pre-Paid Return Labels (Preffered)

For convenient return processing, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  • Please include all paperwork and accessories.
  • Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
  • Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
  • Please ensure that you are only returning items that were purchased at westoutfit.com. We cannot process returns for items that were purchased from other retail/online stores.
  • No postage is required. Return shipping is free of charge.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are automatically added to the packing slip where the order total is greater than $10.00. If the total value of your return is less than $10.00, please refer to the “Standard Return Shipping” return instructions shown below.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
  • Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way to ensure proper credit processing.

You will receive one email confirming we’ve received your return and a second email once we’ve processed the return. (It will take approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.)The payment method used to place the order will be credited. It usually takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

With a receipt: WestOutfit will provide a full refund in the original form of payment for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase, and a merchandise credit for returns made from 45-60 days of purchase. Merchandise Credits are redeemable online  only and are non- transferrable.

Without a receipt: WestOutfit will issue a merchandise credit for the returned item(s) at the lowest known selling price. Merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash or accepted as payment.

Merchandise Credits require a current valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state-issued non- driver’s ID, passport, or military ID).

All items must be in their original condition (unwashed & unworn) and in their original packaging (where applicable), with the exception of defective items.

All items are returned/exchanged at the “net price” (after coupons and or discounts) stated on your receipt.

For merchandise paid for by check, we may require a 3 business day waiting period from the date of the original purchase prior to processing returns.

In order to return/exchange merchandise with the “Do Not Remove” tags, the tags must be attached.

All merchandise marked “final sale” is not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

We reserve the right to limit the number of returns per customer at any time with or without a receipt.
